Important Information Regarding Your Stay and Check-In Time at Crestwood Lodge

We are thrilled to be hosting you as you celebrate a private function in the Midlands

To ensure your stay is as seamless as possible, we wanted to confirm our standard check-in time and clarify the options available if you need to access your room earlier.

Standard Check-In Time

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. This allows our Housekeeping team the necessary time to prepare your unit to our high standards.

Options for Early Arrival

We offer two distinct options based on your needs:

1. Complimentary Early Arrival (Luggage Drop-Off)

If you arrive before 2:00 PM, you are welcome to:

• Complete your check-in paperwork and receive your key.

• Securely store your luggage with our reception team.

• Relax and utilize the lodge's communal facilities (lounge, bar, and gardens).

Please note: Unit access for changing or resting is only available from 2:00 PM.

2. Premium Early Check-In (Full Unit Access by 12:00 PM)

If you require guaranteed access to your unit by 12:00 PM (for pre-wedding preparation, changing, or setup), we can offer this premium service strictly under one of the following conditions:

• Option A: Guaranteed Access (Preferred) You book and pay for the night prior to your arrival at a discounted rate (e.g., 30-50% off the standard rate). This is the best way to guarantee immediate access upon your arrival.

• Option B: Early Check-In Fee (Subject to Availability) You pay a non-refundable Early Check-In Fee of approximately R900 per unit. Please note, this option is strictly subject to the departure time of the previous guest and housekeeping capacity, and cannot be guaranteed.

If you require the Premium Early Check-In service (Option A or B), please contact us immediately to finalise the arrangement.

All Premium Early Check-In requests must be finalised and confirmed at least 7 days prior to your arrival date.
